My partner's work contracts were non-standard, which made the process more challenging, and we also wanted to repay our Help to Buy loan and consolidate some debts at the same time. One thing I’ve learned from this experience is that not all mortgage advisors are equal—especially when it comes to complex cases that fall outside of straightforward full-time employment. If you need someone who truly understands the intricacies of specialist mortgages I cannot recommend Jennifer Ward at CMME highly enough. I will most definitely be using Jennifer again for our next remortgage.
